Dr. Beverly Lindsey, Professor of Higher Education at Penn State University arranged a teleconference with the following participants while on sabaticcal at Dillard University this fall: President Hughes, Dillard University; Humphrey Fellows of Tulane University; President Cowan of Tulane along with Penny Jessop, Humphrey Coordinator of Tulane. The fellows enjoyed the process however they wish they had more time for questions.
