Mateo Estrella, Humphrey Fellow from Ecuador presented special hat to Dr. Spanier before joining the rest of the fellows during President Spanier tailgate party held at his residence before the Temple Game on September 24, 2010. The fellows all enjoyed their day especially after PSU took the lead. Dean Monk and Pamela Monk explained the rules of the games. It was a very nice opportunity to watch the game from the president's box. More photos to come.....
